Camp Info

Safe Arrival and Dismissal

  • Children must be dropped off by a parent or guardian (18+ years) daily.
  • Drop-off is between 8:30-9:00 am. Pick-up is between 2:45 – 3:00 pm. Please be respectful of staff and participant’s time.
  • Camper Information Form will be collected at this time.
  • Emergency information and those authorised to pick-up a camper will be collected at this time.
  • Campers will only be released to those listed as an authorised pick-up person on the Camper Information Form.
  • Government issued identification is required for pick-up daily.


  • Camp is offered at two locations this summer. Please review your Registration Confirmation to ensure you are attending the correct location.

The Orangeville Golf House: 150 First Street, Unit G8B (beside Tim Hortons, in the back) Orangeville ON L9W 3T7

The Guelph Golf House: 650 Woodlawn Road West, Unit 11&12B, Guelph ON N1K 1B8

General Camp Information

  • Camp programming begins at 9:00 am and concludes at 3:00 pm. Time outside of these hours is considered supervised “free time” while drop-off and pick-up happens.
  • Camp age groups are as follows: 9-15 years old
  • Ratio of campers to staff will be maximum 1:10

All camper families will receive additional information by email on Thursday prior to their scheduled week at camp.

What to Wear and Bring

  • Each camp day will include: golf in the morning, cooperative games, and outdoor play in the afternoon.
  • Some days we will be walking off site to a nearby park. Clothing should be comfortable and casual. Please ensure your camper is dressed for the weather (rain or shine). Label all items with your camper’s name.

Please bring:

  • Golf Clubs (if camper doesn’t have clubs, a set will be provided)
  • Indoor running shoes
  • Clothing appropriate for the weather
  • Lunch, two snacks (nut free) and a refillable water bottle
  • Hat
  • Sunscreen

Please leave all personal items at home. This includes money, toys, electronics, etc. The Golf House is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items brought

Camp Readiness

All campers must be program ready.

  • Take direction and instruction from a staff person
  • Interact and participate within the camp environment (based on the camper’s abilities)
  • Interact and participate in a way that is safe for themselves and others
